Cities
An international business hub for IT, fintech and shipping. It has the largest expat community and the widest choice of international schools and kindergartens, along with the highest rents and heaviest traffic.
A quiet city with the Finikoudes seafront and the main airport ten minutes away. Rents are 40–50% lower than in Limassol, and the remote worker community is growing.
A slow pace, a large British and a growing international community, and its own airport. Cheaper than Limassol, but with fewer jobs on the ground — a city of remote workers and retirees.
The capital and Europe's last divided city. All the ministries, the central migration office and corporate headquarters are here. No sea, but rents are 25–40% cheaper than in Limassol.
A resort area in the south-east: Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa. Quiet and cheaper in winter, busy with tourists in summer. The nearest airport is Larnaca.
